1. BASE FABRIC

Select your BASE fabric from our extensive range of PLAIN solid options, or our wide variety of PRINTS - which can be produced on various print bases (please see our full print base guide).

ColourMe and ScaleMe are two bespoke services we offer on our digital prints, which truly gives you the creative license to produce fabulous, unique designs.

Alternatively our in-house design team can amend any print - changing colours and scale or removing and adding elements to the design. We can also print your design file for you.

Our foil designs can be applied to all of these options!

2. GLUE DESIGN

Select your GLUE from our library of over 50 designs.

We apply your chosen design (the glue process) to your selected base fabric. The glue is a thermo plastic and is applied with heat, on one of our in-house transfer calanders.

After this process there is a 24 hour rest period in our hot room to ensure the outcome will offer the very best quality and durability.

3. FOIL COLOUR

The final Layer!

Choose your FOIL colour from our range of METALLIC, HOLOGRAM, LAZER or FANCY foil shades.

The protective carrier film is removed and your glue design is now securely attached to your fabric awaiting the final process, which is the application of your chosen foil - again via heat transfer using our in house machinery.

To ensure the best clarity and shine are achieved we place your fabric, for another 24 hour rest period, in our cold room.

The excess foil is removed and production is complete!
